At GetTopic, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and easy-to-understand Refund and Returns Policy. Please read the following details carefully before making a purchase or initiating a return.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns for most items purchased on our website within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in unused, undamaged condition.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • A proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.

There are a few exceptions to this return policy:

  • Personalized items (such as custom-made products) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
  • Perishable goods or products marked as non-returnable (such as hygiene products or gift cards) are ineligible for return.

2. How to Return an Item

  2. Return Authorization: After we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Return the Item: Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the Return Authorization email. Please ensure the item is well-packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

  4. Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange request. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the return.

3. Refunds

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the following guidelines apply:

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card or payment account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Refunds for Gift Cards: Refunds for gift card purchases may be issued as store credits or replacement gift cards.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made by GetTopic or a defective item.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, you can do so within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. You may be required to pay the shipping costs for returning the original item and receiving the new one.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@gettopic.com. We will assist you with returning the item and provide a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged or defective product to expedite the process.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still return the product in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that certain fees, such as shipping fees and handling fees, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective product, incorrect item sent).

8. Shipping and Handling for Returns

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
